What types of care do you provide?
We offer a wide range of services from living care, medication, meal preparation, respite, companionship, dementia care, and specialist complex care.
Do you provide care during evenings or weekends?
Yes. we provide care 7 days a week. Our packages are flexible for a time to suit you.
How quick can you start?
If you require emergency package we can provide care same day. We normally start care within 24 - 48 hours
Carers & Quality
Are carers well trained and vetted?
Absolutely! All carers are DBS checked, we make sure all carers are highly trained and regularly supervised. We do regular spot checks to ensure high standard.
Will I have the same carer every day?
Wherever possible yes. You will have a key carer who will provide support and care for your loved one. We aim for consistency.
What if I’m not happy with my carer?
Your comfort and safety comes first! please contact us and we will resolve any issues you may have including assigning a new carer if needed.
Costs & Payment
How much does private care cost?
Regular care - Prices start from £25.50 per hour
Overnight care - Prices start from £24.50 per hour and are tailored based off needs
Living care - Prices are tailored based off needs#
Can I get help from the council or NHS to pay for care?
Yes. Some service users are eligible for council funding or NHS continuing care. We are happy to help you through the process or work with your social worker.
How do I pay for care?
Private clients receive a weekly invoice. It can be paid via bank transfer or phone payment. Council funded service users are billed directly through the local authority.

Do you accept new clients?
Yes. We have availability for both council and private clients. Get in touch for a free home care assessment.
